1、Introduction of TG-NM Wear-resistant Material
TG-NM wear-resistant material is a two-component reactive material made of toughened wear-resistant resin and brown corundum etc. It is widely used in the fields of cyclone, conveyor pump worm shell, flotation machine trough bottom, pipe elbow etc. It is especially suitable for repairing of shaped parts.
Main technical indexes:
|Can be used in ≤20% sulfuric or hydrochloric acid, ≤5% nitric acid solution
|Can be used in ≤10% sodium hydroxide solution
|Can be used in any concentration of sodium chloride solution
2、Wear-resistant high alumina ceramics
High-alumina ceramics, also known as corundum, are special wear-resistant ceramics with extremely high hardness, which are dry-pressed by abrasive tools and then sintered at a high temperature of 1500°C. They are also known as corundum. It has the characteristics of wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance and so on. Theoretical wear resistance is equivalent to 260 times of manganese steel, 170 times of chromium steel and more than 10 times of nitrile rubber.

3、Reaction Sintered Silicon Carbide
Silicon carbide ceramics have the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, ultra-high hardness and abrasion resistance, oxidation resistance, high strength, etc. They are mainly used in the production of cyclone wearing parts.
4、Highly abrasion-resistant polyurethane
Through molecular grafting modification, Tongge has made the DIN abrasion value of high wear-resistant polyurethane materials reach 85, and its service life is 1.5-2 times longer than that of general-purpose polyurethane in field application tests.
5、Highly abrasion-resistant rubber
Selection of specially formulated process of lining rubber layer, wear-resistant, acid-resistant performance is good.
